Remote Managed Client Services Manager

Responsible for managing the client contract, relationship management, and ensuring that Gainwell operations perform according to contractual commitments. The Client Manager is also responsible for revenue generating activities and upselling new services to existing clients to achieve contract and corporate financial goals. Works with client(s) to develop project approach and implementation plans. Oversees development and implementation. Directs Gainwell contract operations to ensure successful delivery of services to client(s). Manages client relationship; Supports sales opportunities and assists the client engagement team with successful close of sale (including proposal development process). Monitors state legislative, regulatory, and competitive environment and alerts engagement to risks and opportunities. Supports collaboration between client engagement team, internal departments and operations staff. Bachelor’s degree required OR

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree Preferred experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Health insurance or healthcare-related industries
• Client services, customer success, or business administration
• Healthcare policy, regulations, or compliance
• Large-scale client relationship management or strategic account management
