Bilingual Patient Coordinator

Amazing Home Care is actively seeking a motivated Bilingual Patient Coordinator with experience for our Licensed Home Care Agency.
Must be bilingual in (English/Spanish) and have Coordination experience The position includes the following tasks:- Resolution of inbound calls from Patients, Aides, and Contracts
- Outbound follow up calls to Patients, Aides, and Contracts
- Document, maintain, and manage patient/aide files
- Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and internal policies and procedures
- Competitive pay commensurate with experience
- PTO (including holiday, vacation, sick and personal time off)
- Fully Stocked Kitchen ( Coffee and Drinks)
- Team Outings
