Patient Account Representative


you will support the Patient Care department by ensuring recurring services are processed accurately and on time to prevent delays in patient order delivery. This role focuses on operational efficiency, compliance, and providing a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What You'll Do:

• 
  Process recurring services to ensure timely patient order fulfillment
  
  



• 
  Monitor work to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  
  



• 
  Identify workflow inefficiencies and support process improvements
  
  



• 
  Resolve patient concerns by identifying issues and coordinating corrective actions
  
  



• 
  Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer service

Qualifications:

• 
  High school diploma or GED required
  
  



• 
  2+ years of customer service or related experience
  
  



• 
  Healthcare or insurance knowledge preferred
  
  



• 
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
