Human Resources Specialist Reports To: Human Resources Director Job Family: Classified FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Pay Range: 16 Job Code: HR140 Work Calendar: 260 Prepared / Revised Date: July 1, 2026 Summary Responsible for processing all employment documentation and providing customer service to applicants, new hires, school and department office managers, hiring managers, administrators, and all other employees regarding licensed, classified, recruitment and selection, classification, and compensation when needed.
