We are on the hunt for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, leading projects, and implementing new technologies to enhance our financial procedures. Responsibilities:

As an Operations Manager, you will:

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or professional certification is a plus.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, with a proven track record in managing operations and leading projects.

3. Extensive knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.

4. Experience implementing new technologies and systems in a financial setting.

5. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
