Financial Production Support Analyst AssociateThis role supports a financial operations team focused on the administrative side of healthcare benefits. The team manages consumer-directed healthcare accounts and financial transactions related to:Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA)Retiree Reimbursement Accounts (RRA)Lifestyle Benefit AccountsResponsibilities include financial administration, consumer account support, payment processing, and servicing retiree programs.We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Production Support Analyst Associate to support high-volume financial operations and transaction processing. This role requires strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and the ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple systems and applications.
