IT Operations Manager

Role Overview The IT Operations Manager will oversee an O&M team supporting multiple locations, responsible for 24/7 incident response, and O&M support staff. This position is responsible for meeting contractual SLAs, implementing and maintaining operational processes, and building relationships with NGA Government leadership. What You Will Do Direct technological operations, ensure compliance with internal organization standards, develop best practices, team management, and provide guidance and mentoring to team members. A strong knowledge of the network, external contract procedures, and facility procedures is required. Requirements Ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret SCIF. Familiarity with using ServiceNow. Experience with ITSM tools for ticket and SLA tracking and reporting. Positive attitude and strong communication skills. Prior experience working on customer site.
