We are known for our educational approach, strong digital presence, and commitment to exceptional client service. This role is central to our next phase of growth. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support Personal Lines Account Managers and CSRs Oversee daily workflow, task distribution, and service standards Manage renewals, endorsements, remarketing, and escalated client issues Improve processes, implement automation, and ensure workflow consistency Drive retention goals (target 92–95%) and support cross‑selling initiatives Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality control across the department Collaborate with agency leadership on strategy, reporting, and staffing Qualifications 5+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role Active P&C license (MD or ability to obtain) Strong knowledge of PL coverage, underwriting, and carriers Experience with agency management systems (Applied Epic preferred) Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills What We Offer Competitive salary + performance incentives Health, dental, vision, retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Professional development support A positive, family‑centered culture Opportunity to shape a key department in a growing agency #J-18808-Ljbffr
