Program Manager III, Fiber Operations Management, Cloud Networking

Establish systems to identify and implement innovative solutions that optimize end-to-end project delivery. Proactively manage risks and drive improvements in lead-time, predictability, and cost-effectiveness.Lead programs that deliver business value by identifying and overseeing efficiency initiatives, including both in-year levers and long-term transformation opportunities.Design and execute data-driven programs that ensure resources are aligned to long-term strategy, empowering leaders to make informed decisions.Manage complex relationships across a global chain of partners. Influence and collaborate with design engineering firms, carriers, internal engineering teams, and senior executives to solve large-scale network growth challenges.Identify opportunities to use AI-driven solutions to reduce knowledge debt, eliminate operational friction and improve tooling efficiency.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience in program or project management.Experience managing fiber-related programs within the technical infrastructure space.Experience analyzing data sets in order to make recommendations.Preferred qualifications:5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.Experience leveraging AI/automation solutions to deliver efficiencies and transformational change.Experience in leading change management efforts with a track record of driving operational improvements.Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, external vendors, and executive leadership.
