Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional, behavior specialist, or in a related educational support setting
• Familiarity with implementing behavior intervention plans and positive behavioral supports

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers with instructional tasks, classroom management, and activities
• Support the implementation of individualized behavior plans under supervision of educational professionals
• Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to teachers and support staff
• Foster an inclusive and respectful environment for all students
• Intervene and de-escalate challenging behaviors using appropriate strategies and positive reinforcement
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing staff development
