Production Associate

We are currently seeking motivated and dependable Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. This position offers competitive pay, shift differential opportunities, and the chance to work in a highly automated production environment.

Pay

$18.00–$20.00 per hour
Additional $1.00 per hour shift differential for 3rd Shift employees

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Responsibilities

Operate highly automated production equipment, including robotic arms and thermal welding machines
Insert materials and monitor automated manufacturing processes
Perform spot welds, stop welds, check welds, flare welds, and assemble Marmon rings
Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure product standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all company safety procedures
Assist with machine changeovers and provide general production line support

Qualifications & Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Ability to lift between 35–50 lbs. as needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, automated manufacturing environment
Strong attendance, reliability, and teamwork skills
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
