You'll be handling high-pressure water blasters, industrial vacuums, and other heavy-duty equipment to keep job sites clean, safe, and running smoothly. If you like hands-on work, a team-oriented environment, and the thrill of working in different locations, this is the job for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate High-Pressure Equipment: Master the art of hydroblasting and industrial vacuuming like a pro.
• Stay Safe, Stay Smart: Follow all safety policies and procedures - your health is priority #1.
• Gear Up: Use personal protective equipment (PPE) to handle the job safely.
• Tackle Tough Jobs: Work in extreme temperatures, tight spaces, and high elevations (yes, this job keeps you on your toes).
• Be Ready Anytime: We operate 24/7, so availability is key - weekends, holidays, and overtime happen!
• Communicate & Collaborate: Work as a team to complete each job safely, efficiently, and effectively.
• Travel & Explore: Be prepared to hit the road and work at different job sites as needed.
• Maintain Equipment: Take care of your tools - report any damage or malfunctions ASAP.

What You Need to Succeed:

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent. (preferred but not required).
• Able to read and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Pass a medical screening and drug test. (pre-employment, random, and annual).
• Ability to perform hands-on, active work that involves lifting up to 70 pounds, climbing, and working demanding environments.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Willing to travel and work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Clean-shaven at all times for respirator use. (safety first!).
