PM Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled and motivated PM Line Cook to join our culinary team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items during the evening shift, ensuring high-quality dishes are delivered in a timely manner while maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards during the PM shift. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer demand. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients. Monitor food quality and presentation before serving. Qualifications Previous experience as a line cook or similar role preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work evening shifts (PM hours). Good communication and teamwork skills.
