Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (Aesthetic Medical Device)

Responsibilities Own and standardize the Solta FP&A operating model (planning cadence, forecasting methods, assumptions, templates, analytical standards) Ensure consistent execution of budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and performance reporting across regions; coordinate regional deliverables Govern cost center structures/usage for enterprise‑level comparability Apply a global lens to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and best practices; translate regional learnings into scalable insights Lead/standardize regional commercial finance: common revenue/sales forecasting frameworks; cross‑regional analysis to highlight performance drivers Partner with Corporate Accounting on close discipline; prepare/analyze close results (judgments, estimates, unusual items, true‑ups) and ensure forecast‑to‑actual bridges and variance explanations Own oversight of the full Solta P&L; challenge cross‑functional assumptions; identify trade‑offs and structural drivers of profitability/cash generation Execute annual budget, periodic forecasts, and long‑range planning; consolidate regional plans into leadership‑ready views Business partner for selected corporate/enabling functions (forecasting, performance challenge, investment evaluation, resource allocation) Drive process improvement/automation and advanced analytics (driver‑based models, scenario analysis, scorecards; AI governance) Support M&A modeling (valuation, synergies, integration/sensitivity) and strategic marketing/product economics Lead/develop a global FP&A team (direct and matrix) and enforce execution discipline Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred 10+ years progressive FP&A or commercial finance in a multi‑region environment Experience leading planning/forecasting/performance management Strong analytical, communication, and people leadership skills Preferred Healthcare/medical devices or global commercial experience FP&A standardization/transformation/advanced analytics initiatives Pay/Benefits Starting base pay range: $170–230 (plus annual bonus or sales incentive) Medical (incl. prescription), dental, vision, FSAs, 401(k) match, discretionary time off, paid sick time, stock purchase plan, tuition reimbursement, parental leave, disability, life insurance, paid holidays, referral bonuses, employee discounts #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
