Welltower is seeking an Asset Management Senior Analyst to support a portfolio of senior housing and related properties. You will analyze financial performance, assist with budgeting and forecasts, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive value for residents and stakeholders. The role requires a strong foundation in real estate finance, experience with budgeting and analytical tools, and the ability to manage multiple assets in a fast-paced environment.
