You Have: 4+ years of experience leading or working with Agile teams in a technical or engineering environmentExperience working with Agile application development teams across the software development lifecycleExperience with tools such as GitLab or JiraExperience writing and managing issues such as epics user stories, tasks, developing clear, well-formed acceptance criteria and definitions of done, and managing backlogsKnowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe and how to apply them to application development effortsAbility to lead development teams and communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadershipAbility to obtain a Secret clearanceBachelor’s degreeNice If You Have: Experience with AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCPKnowledge of cloud migration strategiesPossession of excellent communication and organizational skillsSecret clearanceAgile CertificationsCloud Foundational CertificationsClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
