Insurance Defense Paralegal

WRG is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal to join our team in a full-time, in-office capacity. The ideal candidate will have three or more years of litigation paralegal experience, including first-party property and bodily injury defense experience. This position will serve as a key member of a collaborative team, partnering with multiple attorneys. The paralegal will be responsible for supporting attorneys through various tasks such as legal document preparation, drafting proposed responses and subpoenas, conducting legal research, document review, and communication with clients and court, managing case files, and assisting with trial preparation. Qualifications 3-5+ years of defense as a first-party or bodily injury defense paralegal Associate or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a related field (preferred) High school or equivalent (required) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Multi-task and set priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Competitive salary with bonus potential 100% Company-paid Health Insurance, STD and LTD insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
