Prepare conceptual and hard-bid estimates for commercial construction projects.

Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop accurate budgets.

Solicit, review, and qualify subcontractor bids.

Develop scopes of work and assist with subcontractor buyout.

Manage ground-up retail and automotive dealership projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Maintain project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting.

Process change orders and manage project costs.

Coordinate with field teams to ensure successful project execution.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

5+ years of Project Management and/or Estimating experience with a commercial general contractor.

Proven experience with ground-up big box retail construction.

Experience managing automotive dealership construction projects.

Strong understanding of estimating, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.

Experience managing projects ranging from $1M to $50M.

Proficiency with estimating and project management software.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
