Job Description
Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to achieve project goals. Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management processes. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for stakeholders. Lead project meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and align on next steps. Monitor and manage project budgets, including cost control and forecasting. Evaluate subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to project specifications.
About Our Client
Our client is a highly respected commercial General Contractor with over 50 years of experience and $200M+ in annual revenue. They deliver a diverse range of ground-up projects, including automotive, retail, industrial, and aviation developments, and are known for their strong repeat-client base, low staff turnover, and excellent bonus potential.
The Successful Applicant
5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor (flexible for strong candidates). Estimating experience required. Ground-up commercial construction experience. Automotive dealership experience highly preferred. Experience in retail, industrial, warehouse, or aviation projects is a plus.
