Requirements / Responsibilities Accurately package a variety of food products following strict quality and safety standards. Inspect and verify product quality and packaging integrity throughout the process. Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to health and safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Properly label packaged goods with required information such as batch number, expiration date, and product type. Conduct routine equipment checks and assist in minor maintenance activities as needed. Follow all sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in food packaging or a related manufacturing environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is an asset. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Operate packaging machinery or perform manual packaging tasks as required. Inspect raw materials and finished products to identify any defects or deviations. Accurately weigh and measure product portions. Assemble packaging materials and prepare products for shipment. Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with safety and operational procedures.
