Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Assistant Processor will manage the mortgage loan process remotely, ensuring files progress efficiently from application through closing while providing exceptional service to borrowers and third-party partners. Key Responsibilities Review and prepare incoming loan files for processing and underwriting Maintain accurate borrower and loan information within the loan origination system Coordinate with various stakeholders to obtain required documentation and ensure timely funding Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Loan Processor or in a related mortgage operations role Working knowledge of mortgage loan origination, processing, and underwriting procedures Experience with conventional, FHA, and VA loan products Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a pipeline of 30-40 active loans Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
