Whether it provides relief from pain or restoring mobility, we are here to help our patients reclaim their health and well-being.How You Will Make an Impact:As a Neuro Rehabilitation Technician, you’ll play an essential role in supporting patients through their neurological diagnostic and recovery journey. Your primary responsibility will be conducting diagnostic tests and assisting with neuro-assessments that inform treatment planning for patients with a range of neurological conditions. You’ll work closely with neurologists, chiropractors, and other care team members to ensure accurate testing, smooth patient flow, and compassionate care. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a neuro-focused clinical environment—ideal for individuals interested in neuroscience, diagnostics, rehabilitation, or pre-health professions.What You’ll Do:Assist providers with neuro-focused rehab treatments and exercises.Support patients with mobility, balance, and strength activities.Greet patients and prepare them for their treatment sessions.Provide clear instructions for patients on in-clinic and at-home exercises and self-care.Keep treatment areas clean and equipment sanitized.Document patient information and update records as needed for ongoing care.Answer questions from patients, offering reassurance and clarity about their treatment.Support the administrative team by managing phone messages and facilitating communication between patients and providers.Collaborate with your teammates to continuously improve the care and services we provide.Other duties as assignedWhat You will Bring:A genuine passion for helping others and a strong desire to grow in the healthcare field.Excellent communication skills to engage with patients and team members effectively.Strong organizational abilities and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.Empathy and the ability to offer emotional support to patients during their recovery.A team-oriented individual who excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Previous healthcare or neuro rehab experience is helpful, but not required.Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus.Professional, empathetic demeanor with a focus on excellent patient care.High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred (especially in kinesiology, sports medicine, pre-med, or a related field).Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.Physical ability to assist patients with mobility and rehabilitation exercises.A positive attitude, approachable demeanor, and professional appearance.Workplace Culture and Environment:Our workplace culture is rooted in support, collaboration, and genuine care.
