What You’ll Do * Provide high-quality lawn care services to residential and commercial properties in a safe, timely, and professional manner

• Apply lawn treatments using hand and powered equipment
• Perform soil analysis and address weeds, insects, and lawn diseases
• Educate customers on proper lawn care and recommend solutions tailored to

their property * Identify opportunities to upsell additional services that benefit the customer and grow our business * Communicate clearly and professionally while resolving questions or concerns on-site Every day brings something new, and no two lawns are ever the same! Pay & Schedule

• $19–$20 per hour, based on experience
• Hourly, non-exempt position
• Year-round work, including winter season opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test (THC excluded)
• Must be at least 21 years old (company vehicle requirement)
• Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE
• Friendly, dependable, and customer-service driven
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
