PAY: $40,000 – $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission ($65K+ first-year target)

About the Role: Outside Business Development in St. CharlesAre you a driven, self-motivated individual who loves being out in the field, meeting new people, and controlling your own income?
Express Employment Professionals in St. Charles is actively hiring an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business growth across St. Charles County. This is a full-time, direct-hire field sales position with a clear path to career advancement and leadership.
No prior sales experience required. We provide comprehensive, paid B2B sales training from day one. If you have the drive, strong interpersonal skills, and a competitive mindset, we will teach you the industry and the sales process.
Compensation, Benefits & PerksCompetitive Base Pay: $40,000 to $50,000 annual base salary (based on experience).
Uncapped Commissions: Top performers earn $65,000+ in their first year.
Incentive Trips: Annual all-inclusive Caribbean trip for top sales producers.

Territory Management: Drive daily routes across St. Charles County, visiting local businesses face-to-face.
Prospecting & Cold Outreach: Walk into commercial, industrial, and office businesses to introduce Express workforce solutions to business owners and hiring managers.
Consultative Selling: Uncover staffing and HR challenges, qualify prospective accounts, and present tailored solutions.
Closing & Account Growth: Negotiate service agreements, onboard new clients, and manage ongoing account relationships.
Activity Metrics: Maintain structured weekly call volumes, set face-to-face appointments, and follow up consistently.
Self-Starter Mindset: Highly motivated, resilient, and confident cold-calling businesses in person.
People Skills: Exceptional communication abilities—skilled at reading a room and building quick rapport.
Mobility: Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and comfortable spending the majority of your day in the field across St. Charles County.
Goal-Oriented: Resilient attitude towards rejection with a strong determination to reach monthly revenue goals.
Schedule: Full-time availability, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
