They are responsible for managing the operational execution of the store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving profitable top-line sales growth. Additionally, they coach and develop all associates and managers while creating an environment in which all team members are able to collaborate in order to consistently deliver best in class customer experiences.What You'll DoDisplay best-in-class customer service techniques, build customer loyalty through maintenance of clienteling standards and sales interactions.
