The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking a Full-Time Collision Center Accounting Clerk / Customer Support Specialist to join our growing collision center business office team.

What You'll Do

Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate accounting records
Post payments and prepare deposits
Answer phones and assist customers professionally
Support Collision Center customer service operations
File documents and maintain organized records
Assist with administrative duties and office support as needed
Help ensure smooth daily operations within the Collision Center

What We're Looking For

Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience preferred
Dealership or Collision Center accounting experience is a plus
Strong administrative, organizational, and computer skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
High School Diploma or GED required
