Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand client needs and establish tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy during sessions.

• Provide ongoing individual, couple, and family therapy, ensuring to adapt to client dynamics and emerging needs.

• Collaborate with diverse mental health professionals, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to facilitate comprehensive care and enhance treatment efficacy.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and other client-related information, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and continuous professional development to hone skills and stay updated with best practices in marriage and family therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field required.

• Current state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is a must.
