Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.**【Job Details】*** **Job Title**: Talent Acquisition Intern* **Location**: Perth Amboy, Piscataway, Middlesex, or Old Bridge, New Jersey* **Hourly Range**: $20.00 - $25.00/hr* **Employment Type:** Full-time Internship (40 hours per week)**About Our Program**You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.This internship provides hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting operations within a high-volume logistics environment, supporting hiring across multiple New Jersey and South region sites.* Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels* Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach* Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates* Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases* Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms* Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities* Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process* Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination as needed* Perform other HR and recruitment-related projects assigned by the team**About You*** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Supply Chain, or a related field* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin* Strong organizational and time management abilities* Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS platforms is a plus* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism*At JD.com, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where every voice counts and every talent belongs.
