Production Team Member Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• This essential role contributes directly to our food manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and quality production of our fresh pickle products
• You will work within a fast-paced, clean, and temperature-controlled environment, playing a vital part in bringing our beloved products to customers
• Operate and assist with various stages of the production line
• Handle, feel, and reach for ingredients and finished products according to specifications
• Ensure products meet Grillo's high quality standards and adhere to all food safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
• Strictly adhere to all company policies, including safety, hygiene, and dress code protocols 

Production Team Member Qualifications:

• Proven production experience in a manufacturing environment, including a minimum of 1 year of hands?on work preferred
• Must be ok with cold temperatures as production and storage areas are typically maintained at approximately 45 degrees Fahrenheit
• Frequent handling, feeling, reaching, and operating production equipment
• Capacity to bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl as necessary to perform duties
• Ability to lift and/or move 10–25 lbs. frequently, and occasionally up to 50 lbs. with assistance or mechanical support 

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
