About the Role We\'re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Associate to join our Finance team. This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven role that requires someone who can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy. You'll own the full Accounts Payable cycle—from invoice receipt through payment and filing—including managing a high-volume vendor inbox, posting invoices, resolving discrepancies, processing weekly payment runs, and maintaining organized records. We are happy to train the right candidate on our systems and processes. However, one qualification is non-negotiable: strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, are required from day one. Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP Candidates will be asked to demonstrate these skills during the interview process. What You Bring Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and multitask in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Excellent organizational and filing skills Ability to manage a high-volume email inbox professionally and efficiently Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications (Training Provided) Experience processing vendor payments via ACH, wire, and/or check Experience working with accounting or ERP systems Experience managing the full Accounts Payable process from invoice receipt through payment and filing Key Responsibilities Review and analyze invoices and vendor statements using Microsoft Excel Monitor and respond to a high-volume vendor email inbox Research and resolve invoice discrepancies Code and post invoices accurately and efficiently Process weekly vendor payments Maintain organized Accounts Payable files and documentation Assist with audit requests and supporting documentation Communicate professionally with internal departments and external vendors Complete special projects as assigned Medical Insurance (UnitedHealthcare) Vision Insurance (VSP) Company-paid Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) to help offset medical deductible expenses 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) upon hire (prorated for mid-year hires) Weekly pay 401(k) with company match Our West Warwick headquarters offers an easy highway commute with convenient access from I-95 , making your daily commute simple and accessible.
