JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:

• Provide CNC programming and troubleshooting for new capital (machining assets) introduction.
• Hands on, rundown on machine and setup (become the process expert).
• Provide training support for technicians once mfg process is in place
• Assist with process documentation for new processes & equipment.
• Lead investigation to resolve tooling and fixturing issues.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Manufacturing Project Engineer to run new assets preparation and validation.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering. Open to high school or associates degree
• 3-5 years of experience

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• CNC Operation
• CNC Programming
• Microsoft O365
• Project Management, Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, New capital introduction / new asset installation.

The pay range for this role is:

110,000 - 120,000 USD per year (Lafayette, IN)
