Lead Clinical DiagnosticsYour future role at a glance:Lead clinical diagnostics by conducting comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate mobility, strength, and functional needs.Develop patient-centered plans of care that prioritize individual goals and integrate family support for holistic recovery.Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ranging from manual therapy to neuromuscular re-education, tailored to each patient's unique pathology.Provide clinical leadership by mentoring and overseeing PTAs, students, and support staff to maintain high standards of care.Drive patient progress through data-driven evaluations, refining treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes and timely discharge.How You'll Make An Impact In This RolePerforms initial and on-going assessments of patient's condition.Establishes, revises and evaluates a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient/family.Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.Oversees activities of physical therapy assistants, students and other support personnel.What Minimum Requirements You'll NeedLicensure / Certification / RegistrationRequired Credential(s):BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Licensed Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Florida Board of Physical Therapy Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.EducationBachelor's degree required.
