Carolina Staffing Solutions Inc is looking for a Location Manager in Shallotte, NC! We are seeking a sale driven candidate with great communication skills, leadership, who takes initiative and has excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate should also possess self-marketing skills. This is a performance-based position with pay based on experience and performance. There is also an opportunity for bonuses and commissions. Job Responsibilities Acquire new members for the gym Pitch and present products to potential clients through direct communication, in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, emails, and follow-up with leads Meet and exceed sales targets and goals. Provide exceptional customer service to clients. Stay current with the latest industry trends and market conditions. Requirements 5 years of sales experience At least 1 year experience at a fitness center Using QuickBooks Ability to take initiative and work independently. Self-motivated and goal oriented. Strong management and organizational skills Hours Open Availability Rate of Pay $13 to $22 per hour plus commission and bonuses.
