Hours/Week: 40 hours (approximately, flexible)

License/Certs: Active Medical License in Colorado, Board Certified/Eligible in Hematology & Oncology

Experience: Preference for candidates with rural outreach experience

What You'll Do

Provide expert hematology and oncology care in outpatient and clinic settings

Join an established team of 12 physicians and 8 APPs, supported by nurses and social workers

Deliver outreach services 6 days per month in Lamar and Trinidad, CO (2-3 hours' travel)

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated patient care

Participate in quality improvement projects and clinical growth initiatives

Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and collaboration

Share limited on-call responsibilities within the group

What You Need

Required:

Medical license in Colorado

Board eligibility/certification in Hematology & Oncology

Willingness to travel to rural clinics (6 days/month)

Preferred:

Experience with rural medicine or outreach programs

Commitment to equitable and patient-centered care
