Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms, ensuring that clients receive consistent and meaningful support in a remote setting.

• Document clinical interactions and treatment progress accurately and in a timely manner in our electronic health record system to support continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Heartfelt Connections, LLC offers a highly competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year based on experience and qualifications, along with an attractive benefits package.
