What You'll Be DoingAs the Store Manager, you'll take the reins of our bustling milkshake bar kiosk, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering top-notch service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all aspects of store operations, from opening to closing.
- Leading and motivating a team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Managing inventory, placing orders, and ensuring product availability.
- Maintaining cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Handling scheduling, training, and performance management for team members.
- Resolving customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Monitoring sales and achieving store performance goals.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring your leadership skills and food service expertise to the table. Here's what we're seeking:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a management role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
- Certification: A Food Service Manager Certificate is preferred to ensure compliance with industry standards.
