Client Advisor

Role Description The Client Advisor role at Elisabetta Franchi is a full-time, on-site position based in Houston, TX. The Client Advisor is responsible for delivering an elevated in-store experience by welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and presenting products and styling options that reflect the brand’s image. This role manages the full client journey, including product selection, fitting support, purchase completion, and after-sales follow-up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining visual standards on the sales floor, handling transactions accurately, assisting with inventory and stock replenishment, and supporting store events and client outreach initiatives. The Client Advisor collaborates closely with the store team to achieve sales targets, uphold service standards, and represent the brand in a professional and inclusive manner. Qualifications Demonstrated ability in Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction to build long-term, trust-based client relationships. Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to deliver a courteous, clear, and brand-aligned client experience. Experience in luxury retail, fashion, or high-end customer-facing environments is preferred. Ability to work on-site full time in Houston, TX, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications; strong attention to detail and accuracy. Collaborative mindset, reliability, and the capacity to stand, move, and lift light items during store operations.
