Untitled Supper Club is looking for new leadership in a busy kitchen balancing extensive private dining with a la carte volume. Untitled has been open for over 14 years and has been included on the Michelin Bib Gourmand list extensively.
The Vision: We are looking for a culinary leader who balances high-level artistry with the operational discipline required for a high-volume venue. You will be responsible for maintaining the soul of the menu while implementing the rigorous systems required for consistent, elite execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Culinary Excellence: Drive the kitchen toward elevated standards through technique, plating, and ingredient integrity.
- Systems Management: We value precision and exact measurements
- Financial Oversight: Proven ability to maintain a 28% food cost without compromising quality.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-volume team in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment. The Untitled kitchen is supported by two highly productive Sous Chefs.
Requirements:
- Expert-level understanding of kitchen financials, inventory management, and labor control.
- A "systems-first" mindset with a passion for operational excellence.

Compensation:
- Competitive Base Salary ($90k – $100k).
- Performance-based bonus tied to COGS and Labor targets equates to up to 20% of base salary in additional compensation.
