What You'll Do As a Service Advisor, you'll manage the customer experience from vehicle write-up through completed repair and delivery. You'll be expected to:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
• Prepare and manage repair orders
• Review vehicle history and recommend factory-scheduled maintenance
• Communicate technician findings and recommended repairs clearly
• Present service recommendations confidently and professionally
• Provide estimates and obtain customer authorization
• Keep customers informed regarding repair status, pricing, and completion times
• Coordinate with technicians and the Parts Department to keep repairs moving
• Schedule appointments and assist with incoming service calls
• Follow up on declined services and future maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate repair order documentation
• Assist customers with warranty and recall-related repairs
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction and CSI performance
• Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is positive, competitive, organized, accountable, and comfortable communicating with customers. Automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred, but we're also interested in strong candidates with automotive, sales, or customer service backgrounds who have the ability and desire to succeed. Qualifications

• Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Ford dealership experience is a plus
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to explain automotive repairs in an easy-to-understand manner
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders simultaneously
• Comfortable using computers, dealership management systems, email, and text communication
• Ability to work effectively with technicians, Parts personnel, and management
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Dependable and accountable
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
