  In-Home Sales Consultant (Top Performers Only) – $90K–$200K+

We are a high-performance remodeling company specializing in  premium, U.S.-made walk-in tubs and showers , and we are looking for 2 elite in-home sales professionals to join our team.

If you are a  proven closer , thrive in a  one-call close environment , and want to be surrounded by other top performers—keep reading.

  What Top Performers Earn

• $90,000–$200,000+ annually
• 7% commission + W2 (not 1099)
• Company Car & Fuel
• Draw against commission
• Performance bonuses

  What You’ll Do

• Run  in-home sales appointments and close on the first visit
• Sell high-value bathroom remodeling solutions
• Follow up and close opportunities that require a second touch
• Complete necessary paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain a professional, high-energy presence with every homeowner

Schedule:

• ~35 hours/week
• 1 evening per week
• Up to 2 Saturdays per month

  What It Takes to Win Here

• Proven track record in  in-home, one-call close sales
• Ability to control the sales process and ask for the sale
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• High level of personal accountability
• Self-starter mentality—no hand-holding

Non-negotiables:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Clean background
• Verifiable sales performance (we will ask)
