Warehouse Supervisor

Job Details Overnight Warehouse Supervisor in Apopka, FL. Salary: $65,000 per year. Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday, 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility for additional hours as needed. Summary Under the Manager, the Supervisor Logistics is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and overseeing day‑to‑day logistics operations. The role includes coaching, development, and training of staff, providing recommendations for facility and process improvements, and ensuring that performance aligns with business objectives. Essential Functions Supervise, coordinate, and oversee daily logistics operations. Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet company standards and customer service specifications. Establish work schedules, procedures, and coordinate worker activities to optimize shift and team logistics. Accountable for site Key Performance Indicators. Collaborate with customers on all aspects of operations. Meet regularly with team members individually and collectively to monitor progress, coach, counsel, and recognize successes. Promote team spirit through a Diversity and Inclusion initiative and seek opportunities to improve internal processes. Conduct performance evaluations and recommend awards or merit increases when appropriate. Address performance problems through corrective action and disciplinary processes. Understand labor agreements and maintain positive relations with employees. Implement health, safety, and security initiatives and adhere to company rules and policies. Provide orientation for employees and Lead Hands, supplying necessary information, technology, and materials. Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.
