Trauma Sales Representative - Southeast MO (Cape Girardeau, MO)

Stryker seeks a Trauma Sales Representative for the Southeast Missouri region to sell trauma products to surgeons and healthcare facilities. This field-based, on-call position requires expertise in trauma solutions and the ability to support emergency and operating room environments with 30% travel.

Responsibilities

• Sell trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals in assigned region
• Develop expertise in trauma products and competitor offerings to advise customers
• Manage and maintain product inventory for rapid deployment during emergencies
• Provide product training and consultation during operating room and emergency situations
• Attend sales meetings and professional association events as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years clinical healthcare or sales experience
• B2B sales, customer-facing, or leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of sales principles, product demonstration, and sales techniques
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with surgeons and hospitals
• Comfort working in emergency and operating room environments
• Compliance and ethical standards adherence with confidentiality responsibilities
