In the assigned Job Role of Package Principal, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Drive strategic analysis of business needs, translating them into comprehensive technical requirements while providing expert guidance on their impact on ERP design and functionality Provide expert insights on ERP solution architecture, to ensure scalability, high performance, and readiness for future growth Lead the creation of advanced custom solutions, offering technical direction and ensuring adherence to coding and configuration best practices Oversee overall strategy for system integration including ERP integration standards and provide expert guidance on data migration methodologies, to ensure accuracy, validation, and alignment with business objectives Drive performance optimization initiatives, establishing benchmarks and innovating strategies to maximize system efficiency, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards Oversee the creation of comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and design strategic knowledge transfer programs, to ensure system users and technical teams are fully equipped to maintain and utilize the ERP solution effectively Your contribution to the team: A strategic vision for aligning technical solutions with evolving business goals and industry trends Extensive experience in ERP architecture, customization, and enterprise-level integration In-depth knowledge of compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and system optimization methodologies Strong client and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and business needs. Required Skill and Experience Hands‑on configuration experience with the SAP MDG framework, including data modeling, UI modeling, process modeling, rules and derivations, and BRF+. Strong expertise in SAP MDG configuration and replication frameworks. Technical knowledge of MDG workflows and ERP table structures. Full lifecycle implementation experience, including blueprinting, fit‑gap analysis, configuration, data migration, cutover, and go‑live. Experience executing all phases of an MDG implementation and collaborating with technical teams on solution architecture. Ability to develop solution recommendations for data modeling, integration, and synchronization mechanisms. Expertise in SAP MDG development and customizations for data modeling, UI modeling, process modeling, rules and derivations, BRF+, and replication configuration. Preferred Skill and Experience Hands‑on technical experience with MDG workflows, Floor Plan Manager (FPM), WD ABAP, BRF+, and related customizations. Proficiency in ABAP development, including BAdI implementations and OOP‑based enhancements. Experience with FPM and UI customizations for SAP MDG screens and applications. Strong knowledge of data replication framework customizations and synchronization mechanisms. Strong communication and ability to share best practices, technical approaches, and problem‑solving strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and analytical approach to problem‑solving, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Additional Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
