Maintenance Clerk

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages web-based maintenance systems. -

• Input invoices into the computer system to ensure vendors are paid on time -

• Tracks and provides sufficient details to management on maintenance purchases.

• Completes and files maintenance paperwork. -

• Inputs information on work orders. -

• Puts away parts and shop supply orders. -

• Answers phones and directs calls. -

• Performs other duties as assigned by management

• Track and input holiday and hours for Maintenance teamEnsure overall compliance with various office policies such as uniforms, use of electronic devices, phone compliance, meal breaks and attendance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent -

• Previous vehicle maintenance administrative experience required -

• Demonstrated ability of building solid relationships with superiors and peers -

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills -

• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word -

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions, work alone and in remote locations.

• Sit for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces

• Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level

• Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
