Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children with developmental delays and disabilities to inform Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP).

• Engage actively in the development and implementation of IFSPs, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
\n
• Monitor client outcomes through ongoing assessment and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members.
\n
• Create a positive rapport with children and their families to foster an atmosphere of trust and learning.
\n
• Develop tailored intervention strategies and recommend frequency of services based on evidence and family needs.
\n
• Provide educational support and resources to families, enhancing their ability to promote their child’s development effectively.

• Utilize strategies from the Natural Learning Environment Practices to facilitate a holistic growth approach for children.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of both clients and staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on working with children aged zero to three years who are experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. As an LCSW, you will deliver targeted early intervention services that encompass physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains, thereby promoting developmental milestones.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a valid driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker position ranges from $75,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package that includes:
