Accounting ManagerThe Accounting Manager will supervise the General Accounting – General Ledger staff and will be responsible for overseeing all bank reconciliations, reviewing account reconciliations, contributing to month-end financial review and annual audits. This position has the option to be located in the Bellevue, Sumner, or Vancouver, WA office, or the Boise, ID office.Salary range: $100,000 - $115,000 (DOE)Company perks and benefits include:Eligible for EBITDA bonus128 hours of Paid Time Off Annually to start9 Paid HolidaysMedical, Dental, Vision Benefits401k with employer matchEssential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Supervises monthly bank reconciliations and oversees all banking functions as an administrator.Confirms accuracy of coding in compliance with company general ledger chart of accounts.Provides guidance to staff, ensuring that work is completed on time and correctlyParticipates in month-end closing process, including reconciliation of accounts and review/analysis requests from the fieldReview and prepare year-end audit schedules and work closely with the external auditors.Evaluates and provides feedback regarding budget schedules prepared by the GL teamPerforms other duties and works on projects as assigned by Assistant Controller or Controller.Job requirements include:Bachelor's degree required – Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred3-5 years of accounting experience, some supervisory experience preferredExperience with preparing and submitting business tax filingsExperience in the beverage industry a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), and 10-key.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Must be detail oriented, with problem solving ability, and strong organization skills.Physical demands include:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and uses hands and fingers to operate a keyboard, mouse, telephone to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms.
