Accounts Payable Associate

InTouch Labels & Packaging is a leader in the food, craft beverage, health & beauty, and cannabis industry for custom label printing. We offer a wide range of printed label products for craft beverage businesses, including labels for cans, bottles, keg wraps, custom printed keg collars, and logo stickers. We are expanding our team and are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Associate . We operate within the Avery® North America division of CCL Industries ( a world leader in specialty label and packaging solutions for global corporations, small businesses and consumers. With the influx of new customers and business, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Associate for our finance department. Our main production facility and offices are located outside of Boston, Massachusetts. This position will not be offered as a remote position. What you will be doing: Completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions Maintaining historical records of all invoices, reports, receipts, and cheques by saving documents properly on the network Assisting other departments with equipment or product purchases, tracking assets, and accounts for acquisition Vendor Relations: Maintain accurate vendor files, update information, and respond to inquiries. Review invoices for appropriate documentation before payment Perform invoice and general ledger data entry Review and process expense reimbursement requests What you need to Succeed: Familiar and comfortable using Quickbooks and other apps. 1- 2 years of print experience is preferred but not required. Able to work quickly and independently in order to meet tight turnaround times for proofing and printing.
