The Opportunity We are seeking a Managing Director who is both a producer and a builder —someone with a strong track record in financial services and proven experience recruiting, developing, and leading high‑performing teams. This role is designed for leaders who want to build their own practice while scaling an organization within a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.
