Responsibilities Represent the AT&T brand professionally while creating positive customer experiences. Meet directly with customers to understand their goals and recommend tailored solutions. Build lasting relationships through consultative conversations and exceptional service. Educate customers on available products, services, and current offers with confidence and professionalism. Generate sales by matching customers with solutions that fit their individual needs. Support ongoing marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement. Collaborate with fellow Brand Representative team members to achieve individual and team sales goals. Continue developing your sales, communication, and marketing skills through ongoing coaching and mentorship. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for working with people. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or marketing is a plus but not required.
