Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr We’re looking for a Payroll Assistant to join our client's dynamic Finance Team in New Jersey . If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience in Payroll operations, then we'd love to hear from you! Our client can offer training and an excellent platform for continued career development within the Group. Key Responsibilities: Assist in processing bi-weekly payroll for employees across multiple departments Maintain and update employee payroll records in compliance with company policies Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, deductions, and benefits Respond to payroll-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies and ensure data consistency Support year-end reporting, tax filings, and audit processes Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience in payroll Familiarity with payroll software Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Finance Industries IT Services and IT Consulting, Operations Consulting, and Business Consulting and Services #J-18808-Ljbffr Edward Mann
